My name is Jon Walton
I’ve managed global projects at IBM and Oracle, led major process and systems transformations at firms such as Lodestone and Rimini Street, and served as COO and Principal at Reos Partners, a B Corp focused on systems change and multi-stakeholder collaboration. ​ Over the years, I have: ​​​ Delivered ERP and process transformations at IBM, Oracle, and beyond. Led global business units, growth phases, and startup scaling efforts.
