My Story

I’ve managed global projects at IBM and Oracle, led major process and systems transformations at firms such as Lodestone and Rimini Street, and served as COO and Principal at Reos Partners, a B Corp focused on systems change and multi-stakeholder collaboration.

Over the years, I have:

  • Delivered ERP and process transformations at IBM, Oracle, and beyond.

  • Led global business units, growth phases, and startup scaling efforts.
  • Designed leadership events and strategic retreats worldwide.

Alongside the technical and operational work, I’ve always been most interested in what happens in the leadership room: how people make decisions, navigate conflict, manage power, and stay aligned under pressure.

How My Background Shapes My Work

Enterprise operations + startup agility + global facilitation, informed by lived experience with power dynamics and identity.

I've led multi-million-dollar transformation programs, scaled startups, and facilitated leadership retreats worldwide. At Reos Partners, I led the development of the Radical Climate Collaboration Initiative and a guidebook on working together at speed, at scale, and with justice. At IBM, I partnered with Fortune 500 firms, including PepsiCo, Cardinal Health, and Hilton, on strategic initiatives. My background also includes leadership roles at high-growth startups, technology powerhouses, and social impact organizations

How I Work With Clients

I partner closely with leadership teams to turn growth strain into a clear, shared way of leading, deciding, and delivering. We work on real issues—not abstract models—so the work shows up on your calendars, in your meetings, and in your habits, not just in a strategy document.

You can expect:

  • Candid discussion and a focus on the interpersonal alignments that foster progress.

  • Simple leadership operating system rather than complicated frameworks.

  • Experience-driven inquiry to help reframe complex challenges and gain new insights.
